Looping animated GIF created as an educational and conceptual storytelling piece.
Brief:
Developed in Adobe Fresco as a demo for a high school media arts workshop during the pandemic, this animation taught students how to create looping GIFs while exploring character-driven storytelling.
Idea:
I designed a corrupt record executive as a metaphor for artistic exploitation — manipulating unseen forces and hoarding resources. The minimalist animation captures complex issues through subtle, looping motion.
Results:
The GIF served as both an engaging teaching tool and a striking visual for commentary on industry corruption — adaptable for editorial, advocacy, or promotional use.
