Comprehensive brand identity system developed for a modern skate / surf / snow brand.
Brief:
OVR-BOARD was conceived as a premium action-sports brand built for riders who push past fear, limits, and expectations. The goal of this project was to establish a clear, scalable brand framework—one that feels engineered, expressive, and confident across skate, surf, and snow culture. The guidelines define positioning, values, tone of voice, and audience to ensure consistency across product, marketing, and storytelling.
Idea:
The core idea, “Go OVR — Mind OVR Matter,” reframes performance as both physical and mental. I designed the brand strategy to balance precision and rebellion: clean, minimal design paired with bold intent. OVR-BOARD treats boards like gear—tools built for momentum, craftsmanship, and personal expression—speaking to riders who value design as much as performance.
Results:
The final brand guidelines provide a strong strategic foundation for future growth, covering brand essence, personality, tone, and audience alignment. The system is adaptable across apparel, equipment, digital, and experiential touchpoints—positioning OVR-BOARD as a confident, design-driven brand ready to compete in the premium action-sports space.
